Kim Straub

Kim Straub started out at RRML as a songwriting teacher and has now also taken over administrative duties. Kim handles email inquiries, schedule requests, marketing, and invoicing. She graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in English and Writing. She played the piano when young and currently plays guitar. She lives in the Wyoming area with her husband, who is also a musician. They have one dog who absolutely hates that they have musicians for parents.
Bailey Budnik
drums & percussion specialist
Bailey Budnik is passionate about teaching and spreading the joy that creating music generates! Having a practical percussion and drumming background, Bailey knows what it takes to become not just a successful musician, but one that can adapt and thrive in any musical environment. He graduated from Aquinas College in 2020 with a bachelor’s in instrumental music education and currently directs the middle school bands at Our Lady of Consolation School in Rockford. Bailey plays in a few local bands and loves to do studio engineering work for them and other musicians in the Grand Rapids scene. His non-musical side can be found in the kitchen searing steaks, helping clients buy and sell real estate, or on the golf course enjoying a beautiful Michigan summer day.
